Beyond Tourism Travel is committed to fair and honest dealings with its clients at all times. A high level of preparation is conducted to make the tours both interesting and memorable. During the tours clients are looked after with close attention to detail.
In terms of legal requirements all licensing and government regulations are strictly adhered to by Beyond Tourism Travel. This involves the regulations of the NSW Office of Fair Trading and the Travel Compensation Fund.
Tour BookingsIf you would like to book a tour, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. Payment for a tour can be made in a number of instalments if that is a convenient option. A payment schedule will be sent with the first receipt. Full payment should be finalised 3 months before the tour commencement date.
Travel InsuranceTravel Insurance is compulsory for each participant. Each person is required to provide the Travel Insurance policy details at least 55 days before the tour commencement date as well as the emergency contact details of the insurer.
Cancellation ConditionsIf you need to cancel the booking more than 90 days before the Tour commencement date you will be reimbursed except for the non-refundable deposit. Within 90 days of the first day of the Tour there is no reimbursement of payment. The personal Travel Insurance policy of each participant should contain a provision for inability to travel.
